We’re introducing a brand-new Email Health Check feature to make sure your emails are always ready to run campaigns smoothly. Every connected email is automatically checked once a week, so you don’t have to worry about hidden issues affecting your results.
You’ll find this feature in Email Settings, under the new Health check column:
It shows a simple score like 4/4 when everything is healthy. If something’s off, you’ll see exactly how many checks passed and which ones need attention (3/4, 2/4, 1/4). If any required records fail, that email won’t be usable for campaigns until it’s fixed.
If you’re not sure how to fix the records, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Head over to our Help Center and follow the step-by-step guide to set everything up correctly.
Once you update the records, you can manually re-check the email and get back to sending. You get 3 health check credits per week, or you can just wait for the automatic weekly check — whatever works best for you 🚀
To run a check yourself, click the three dots next to the email and choose Run health check. We’ll verify everything and let you know if you’re good to go. Clean setup, clear status, and better deliverability — all in one place ✉️
While a health check is running, you’ll see a clear notification letting you know it’s in progress. This way, you always know what’s happening in the background and when your email will be ready to use again. ⏳
And that’s it — once your health check passes, you’re ready to jump back into sending with confidence. Keeping your emails healthy means better deliverability, fewer surprises, and smoother campaigns overall. Check in regularly, fix issues early, and you’ll stay one step ahead every time. 🚀✨
