How to make a Smart Sequence

Ready to level up your outreach? Leadsin’s Smart Sequence feature lets you create dynamic campaigns step-by-step. Choose your campaign type, build custom sequences with drag-and-drop tools, and set targeted actions and conditions—all to elevate your networking. Ready to drive results? Start crafting dynamic campaigns today and make every interaction count! 🚀

 

Step 1: Kickstart Your Campaign 🎬

First up, head over to the Campaigns dashboard on Leadsin. Look for the ‘Create’ button in the upper right corner and give it a click. It’s your first step to something great!



 

2. Select the Lead List 🌐

You’ll land on a new page where it’s time to make some choices:

1. Name your campaign—make it snappy!

   
    

2. Choose which Lead List you’d like to use. You can create a new list or skip this step and add a list later.

If you selected New List, you’ll need to enter a list name and choose the type of campaign you’d like to run.
Decide how you want to find your leads—either by using a Search URL or LinkedIn post URL or by uploading a CSV file.
 


 

There are 5 campaign types to choose from:

• LinkedIn Search-based
• Sales Navigator Search-based
• Recruiter Search
• CSV
• Post Engagement

Each type is tailored to different strategies and goals, so choose what fits your needs best!

• When you select Search URL, paste your LinkedIn search link into the field. If a connection degree was already selected on LinkedIn, it will be applied automatically. If not, please choose which connection level you’d like to target before continuing.
  
  
  

3. Setting Up Your Campaign ⚙️

• Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the setup page where you should check needed LinkedIn and email settings. Need more info on these options? There’s a handy link for extra guidance.
  
  
   

4. Craft Your Smart Sequence 🧩

• After configuring your campaign, hit ‘Next’ to reach the sequence builder page. Here’s where the magic happens! You can either pick from Templates or create your own.

Step 6: Drag, Drop, Connect 🖱️

1. Building your campaign is a breeze with the drag-and-drop method.
    
2. Select the action you want and drag it onto the white dashboard.
    
3. Connect all actions and conditions with a string—think of it as drawing your roadmap to success.
